Snoop Dogg’s Easy Meatloaf

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture

In a large bowl, combine:
Ground beef and pork
Breadcrumbs
Milk
Onion & garlic
Egg
Salt & pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Paprika or chili powder (if using)
Mix gently until ingredients are just combined. Don’t overmix—it keeps the meatloaf tender.
3. Shape and Top

Place mixture in the loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Spread ketchup on top (or a mix of ketchup and a little brown sugar for sweetness).
4. Bake

Bake 55–65 minutes, or until meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a caramelized topping.
5. Rest and Serve

Let meatloaf rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a simple side salad.
Tips
Use a mix of beef and pork for juicier meatloaf.
Add a handful of shredded cheese or chopped peppers to the mixture for extra flavor.
Leftovers make great sandwiches the next day.
